Founder R.S. Howard formed Howard's Refrigeration Plus, Inc., in Jacksonville, FL, in 1994 after spending years working and honing his trade in apprenticeships as a youth. He was able to start his own business after learning from traditional classroom training and working with experienced HVAC contractors. Today, over 27 years later, he still works with the same passion, provides excellent service, and continues to build lasting working relationships with restaurant and commercial business owners.
